Buying from steadyword

steadyword.app is run by APPS 365 LTD, registered in England and Wales. Contact: hello@steadyword.app.

What you buy

Digital downloads (PDF books and journals, and image files). Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the full price you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe; on your statement it shows as APPS 365 LTD* STEADYWORD.

Delivery

Your download link appears straight after payment and is emailed to you. Each link works for 30 days and up to 10 downloads - if you need a fresh one, just ask.

Cancellation and refunds

Because these are digital downloads, by paying you ask us to give you immediate access, and you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel once the download has started. If a file is faulty, won't open, or isn't what we described, email us and we will fix it, replace it, or refund you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Using what you buy

Your purchase is for your own personal use. Please don't resell, share or republish the files. Scripture is quoted from the King James Version and the Stoic passages from George Long's public-domain translations; the rest of the writing and the artwork belong to steadyword.

Not professional advice

These are books for reflection. They are not medical, psychological or pastoral advice. If you are struggling, please talk to someone you trust or a professional.
