Your details, kept simply

steadyword is run by APPS 365 LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for this site. Questions: hello@steadyword.app.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you ask for the free nights, join a launch list or the app waitlist - with your consent, to send you what you asked for and the occasional new conversation.
• Purchase details (email, product, amount, date) when you buy. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• A one-way hash of your IP address on sign-up, only to stop spam. We cannot turn it back into your address.

Why we can use it

Consent for emails (you can withdraw it any time by replying "unsubscribe" or using the link in any email). Contract for purchases (so we can deliver your download and keep the records the law requires).

Who else sees it

Stripe (payments) and our UK hosting provider. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and this site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Email sign-ups until you unsubscribe. Purchase records for six years for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@steadyword.app. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
